What is your payment process?
A 40% non-refundable retainer is required upon booking to secure your shoot date.
Full payment is due by the day of the scheduled session.
Payments will be made through the invoice.
Other payment options may be discussed if needed.
Do you travel?
Yes I do!
Travel fees may be applied based on the location of the shoot.
For travel requiring flights or overnight stays, clients must cover 50% of the flight cost or 50% of accommodation expenses.
Accommodations must be in a 3-star hotel or higher to ensure a comfortable stay conducive to delivering high-quality services.
All travel arrangements should be finalized and agreed upon at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled shoot date.
What happens if I’m late to the shoot?
If you are late to the scheduled shoot without prior notice, a fee of $30 will be charged for every 20 minutes of tardiness.
After 45 minutes, the shoot will be canceled.
If you anticipate being late, please inform us at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
How does your cancellation policy work?
You can cancel your session with no penalty if you notify us at least 24 hours before the shoot.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will incur a $75 cancellation fee.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
In cases of inclement weather, a family emergency, or similar unavoidable events, your 40% retainer will be applied to a future booking.
Will I receive a refund if you cancel the shoot?
In the event that I need to cancel your appointment, you will be refunded the full amount paid.
What is your termination policy?
If at any point during the project timeline (pre-shoot, during the shoot, or post-shoot), I feel uncomfortable or the project cannot proceed, the session will be terminated immediately.
In such cases, the 40% retainer will not be refunded. If the session was paid in full, only the amount minus the deposit will be refunded.
